This position suits a detail-focused professional from an executive or paralegal background who works well independently and as part of a team.What you will do:You will manage a caseload of Transfer of Equity and remortgage matters, ensuring files are progressed accurately and in line with service standards.Key duties include reviewing titles, drafting TR1s and associated documentation, processing post and questionnaires, and calculating Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT). You will liaise with clients, lenders, brokers, and third parties, providing clear updates throughout the transaction.You''ll handle restrictions, lease requirements, and technical issues arising from Transfers of Equity, ensuring compliance with CQS, AML, and other regulatory obligations.
