£50,000 DOEOur leading property consultancy client is looking for an experienced Marketing and RfP Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting their bids and proposals team. While this is not a creative role – it focuses on accuracy, attention to detail and delivering polished Requests for Proposals (RfPs), pitch documents, and bid materials using content prepared by senior team members.Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble RfPs, pitch decks, and bid documents using existing contentProofread carefully for grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistencyUse PowerPoint, Canva, and InDesign to format and enhance presentation materialsManage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbout You
