This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious Income Generation team responsible for driving sustainable income growth and supporter engagement. You will play a key role in inspiring and supporting participants throughout their fundraising journey, ensuring they feel valued, motivated, and confident from sign-up to event day and beyond. The role combines supporter stewardship, project coordination, data insight, and cross team collaboration. You will use insight driven engagement approaches to maximise supporter satisfaction, fundraising performance, and long term loyalty.
