Own and drive strategic growth in your Top-Accounts and region, identifying and securing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO partners.Build trusted client relationships with senior decision-makers in Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and RandD.Lead the full commercial cycle - from prospecting to pitching, proposal design, and deal closure.Translate client needs into tailored, impactful solutions that integrate our client\''s suite of recruitment, retention, and real-world evidence offerings.Deliver a consistent flow of high-quality proposals, leveraging internal resources and collaboration with delivery teams.Key Experience for the Business Development Director

Proven strategic sales and account executive with 7+ years in life sciences, ideally in patient recruitmentExpert in selling into Clinical Operations or similar functions, with a network of senior-level contacts, ideally in patient recruitmentProactive, strategic, persistent, and love building something from the ground up.Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by impact, autonomy, and innovation.Please apply as directed!
