Job description - The Role: We are seeking a Mechanical Design Consultant to lead the development of a strategic whitepaper and drive high-level planning for process and technology improvements within the repair design function for civil gas turbine engines. This role involves facilitating strategic brainstorming sessions, aligning stakeholders across engineering and operations, and creating a clear, actionable programme roadmap to enhance efficiency, innovation, and long-term capability in repair design processes.
