Monarch Education are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner to work full-time from September 2025 until at least Christmas. This role will involve working Monday to Friday (Term-Time only) 9am - 3pm. This role is working in a nursery in the Edgbaston of Birmingham so is ideal for those local to Birmingham City Centre.

It is important you hold a Degree in Early Years or Childcare for this role.

Requirements Of Applicant

You Must have a qualification in Early Years or ChildcareSound knowledge of the EYFS National CurriculumExperienced supporting children of EYFS age (0-5 years old)Confident in the planning and delivery of effective learning activities

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Assist children of all EYFS ages with personal care where requiredYou must be flexible to work in any room in the nursery - including the baby roomKeep up to date records on children''s progress and report back to management and parentsEncourage the social development of all children during learning and break timesEnsure all children always feel safe and their welfare is always looked afterPromote learning through a range of differentiated learning activities
