The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and provide assistance to students to help them achieve their full potential. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources. Support students with special educational needs (SEND) and adapt learning activities as required. Supervise students during break times, field trips, and other school activities. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children. Basic knowledge of child development and educational practices.
