We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in integrating financial insights into strategic decision-making within a highly successful, people-focused business.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will combine sharp analytical skills with strong business acumen to influence decision-makers, support budget holders, and deliver actionable financial analysis. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive improvements in reporting, forecasting, margin management, and commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to provide strategic financial insight and support.

Lead and improve reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes using Excel, Qlik Sense, and Power BI.

Analyse financial data to identify trends, resolve issues, and support business planning.

Oversee margin analysis, costing, and commission reporting.

Enhance financial modelling and drive continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified, with at least 3 years'' experience in a similar role.

Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.

Highly IT literate, with experience in business intelligence tools.

Proven ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Commercially astute, proactive, and collaborative in approach.
