Multi Trader - Property ServicesJob Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: South West London Salary: 38,000 - 40,000 per annum + Van and Fuel CardA Multi Trader is required for a leading social housing contractor covering South West London. This role will involve carrying out responsive maintenance and repair works on occupied residential properties.The ideal candidate will have a strong plumbing background as their primary trade, whilst also being competent in a range of multi-trade disciplines including carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and general repairs. Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance is essential.Daily Responsibilities of a Multi Trader:Carrying out maintenance and repair works on occupied propertiesCompleting plumbing/carpentry repairs and installationsUndertaking basic carpentry, tiling and patch plastering worksDelivering excellent customer service to tenants and residentsUsing a PDA system to manage and complete jobs efficientlyEnsuring all work is completed to a high standardRequirements of a Multi Trader:Full UK Driving LicenceProven experience within social housing or domestic maintenanceStrong plumbing experience with additional multi-trade skillsExperience using PDA systemsAbility to work independently and manage your workload effectivelyExcellent customer-facing skillsBenefits for the Multi Trader Role:Monday to Friday working patternCompany van and fuel card suppliedPermanent position with a stable workload ..... full job details .....
