My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in City of London London. The successful candidates will be mechanically biased (CandG / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site (i.e. Bank, Data centre, Blue chip office etc). Working with the maintenance team on site, he or she will have experience carrying out mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and fabric duties.
