We are looking for an experienced CNC Turning Operative to join a growing precision engineering team manufacturing critical components for the aerospace and power generation sectors. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC turning machines to produce high-precision components. Work with a range of manual, conventional and CNC machinery. Complete production and inspection documentation accurately. Carry out daily machine checks and report faults. Follow Health and Safety, quality and 5S standards. Communicate progress and provide effective shift handovers. What We''re Looking For Previous CNC Turning experience. Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent industry experience. Strong understanding of precision engineering and machining practices. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive, proactive and reliable approach to work.
