Support Coordinator This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in Coventry. We''re looking for enthusiastic, motivated and well organised individuals to join the organisation delivering a comprehensive Stroke Recovery Service across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. Position: S11287 Stroke Support Coordinator Location: Home-based, Coventry. However, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings and other work-related meetings) Salary: Circa £21,948 per annum per annum (FTE circa £27,400 per annum) Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week hours per week Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026. Service are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2026.
