Overview

We are looking for HCPC registered Podiatrists to join our community podiatry teams to work on a bank basis. We have clinics based across the boroughs of Greenwich and Bexley.The post involves assessment, diagnosis and treatment of high-risk patients. The postholder will provide a full range of podiatry treatments to clients in community clinics, clients’ homes, and care homes. This will include wound dressings, scalpel debridement of nail and soft tissue pathology, and care of foot problems resulting from neglect and lack of self-care. You will work autonomously within a highly skilled team, with support from senior clinicians, and in a community setting delivering high standards of clinical care and excellent customer service.The clinician must have one year of clinical experience post graduation with a proven record of clinical competencies and ongoing CPD. You will assess, diagnose, develop and implement personalised care plans for patients with a wide variety of complex clinical needs. You will plan and manage your own caseload, and be punctual and reliable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.Responsibilities

HCPC registered Podiatrist.One year of clinical experience post graduation with proven clinical competencies and ongoing CPD.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel across Greenwich and Bexley, including for home visits; car owner/driver is essential.About the Organisation
