Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues. Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures. Work collaboratively with the production team to optimise output.Requirements: Experience in forging or metalworking processes (continuous forging preferred). Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
