Mechanical Fitter needed in Knaresborough, £25ph PAYE - Reference: MF1Rectify problems on mechanical assets such as conveyor belts, pumps, gearboxes, valves and cranesCarry out Fabrication work and general workshop duties.Be responsible for PPM and Reactive maintenance work, ensuring the highest standards are set and maintained.Assist with and actively participate in planned outages. Operate Workshop machinery, fabrication, and refurbishment.Communicate problems and concerns promptly through line management ensuring quick resolution.Assist in delivering Maintenance Team KPIs.Effectively use the site CMMS system. Participate in team briefings and toolbox talks.Ensure full compliance with appropriateHealth, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards, policies, and procedures. Work safely and efficiently to the site safety rules, under a safe system of work.
