Our client, a progressive and innovative architectural practice, is looking for an accomplished Senior Architectural Technician with proven experience delivering projects for major national house builders. What You''ll Do:

• Produce accurate, detailed technical drawings for large-scale residential schemes

• Work closely with designers, planners, engineers, and clients to meet creative and regulatory objectives

• Ensure designs comply fully with UK Building Regulations and NHBC Standards

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members

• Represent the practice in client and project team meetings

What You''ll Bring:

• Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology

• Extensive experience delivering projects for major UK house builders

• Exceptional technical knowledge and attention to detail

• Proficiency in relevant CAD/BIM software

• In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently

• Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
