Join Home Support Matters as a Reablement Support Worker across East Norfolk and Waveney, Suffolk. As a Community Support Worker in our Reablement team, you''ll work with individuals who need short-term support following discharge from hospital, illness, injury, or a change in circumstances. Your role is to help people rebuild confidence and learn or re-learn daily living skills so they can remain safely and independently in their own homes. Shift patterns of 7 on / 7 days off, and 7am -2pm or 2pm -10pm available. Hourly rate: Weekdays £13.10, Weekends £14.06 (ROP uplift scheduled April ''26) What We''re Looking For You will need previous care experience and a desire to help people improve their quality of life.
