The team builds products to the highest IPC standards, and they''re looking for an experienced inspector who takes real pride in quality.Role OverviewYou''ll be responsible for inspection and verification of electronic assemblies, wiring harnesses, and PCB builds to ensure every product meets strict quality and customer requirements. This includes first-off, in-process, and final inspections across both prototype and production work.Key ResponsibilitiesIPC inspections of electronic components, assemblies, and harnesses to IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620.Verifying soldering, crimping, and assembly workmanship against drawings and specifications.Conducting first-off, in-process, and final inspections.Ensuring no non-conforming product is released.Supporting FAI / FAIR reporting.Identifying defects and contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions.Working closely with production and engineering to improve build quality.Supporting continuous improvement and 5S activities.Ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and IATF16949 procedures.Skills and Experience NeededIPC-A-610 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification (mandatory).Ability to inspect to Class 3 requirements.Strong experience ..... full job details .....
