Building Safety Consultant - London We are seeking a Building Safety Consultant to deliver the Principal Designer role under the Building Safety Act across a diverse portfolio of projects, including both high-risk and non-high-risk buildings. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, technically focused environment, working closely with design teams and duty holders to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.The Role You will play a key role in managing and coordinating design compliance from early design through to completion (RIBA Stages 2-6). This includes attending design team meetings, advising clients on their duties, monitoring risks to compliance and ensuring effective collaboration between all stakeholders.
