Recruitment Assistant Salary: £27,500 - £30,000Location: Ipswich (travel to multiple sites will be required)Contract: Full-time, permanent Overview This key operational role is responsible for delivering safe, compliant recruitment and maintaining regulatory standards. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensure Schedule 2 compliance, and support safeguarding, quality assurance, and inspection readiness. Working closely with Registered and Deputy Managers, you will operate with a high level of autonomy, escalating risks or concerns to the Operations Manager as required. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to regular site visits.
