Overview
Director, B2B Website Engagement (9 month FTC) role at Trustpilot. This position leads the digital strategy for developing and growing organic acquisition for Trustpilot across our web properties. You will report to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing and play a pivotal role in differentiating Trustpilot in target markets, shaping audience narratives, and driving revenue and retention through a web-centric approach. This is a 9-month maternity contract.What You''ll Be Doing
Develop a content-led organic digital marketing strategy with clearly defined success metrics and KPIs.Act as the key marketing stakeholder for the Trustpilot for Business website, focusing on delivering delightful customer experiences with engagement, repeat visits, optimization and conversion support.Co-own the CRO roadmap with the Product team; develop and execute the roadmap and track testing performance.Manage relationships with content marketing, brand, engineering, development teams and agencies to ensure timely website deliverables.Develop regular website reporting to produce executive updates on KPIs and performance improvements.Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities to use design thinking for audience engagement.Lead internal SEO activities and act as a key stakeholder with Commercial, Product, Technology and Operations teams to inform a centralized development roadmap and integrate business needs into the Martech roadmap.Collaborate with product and development teams to identify and drive impactful website improvements.Interpret and socialize data and dashboards that measure the success of the Trustpilot For Business website.Foster relationships with commercial and marketing leaders to align digital marketing with global and regional business goals.Oversee digital attribution and user interaction tracking, and develop reporting dashboards.Deputise for the Senior Director of Performance Marketing with leadership responsibilities as required.Who You Are
Extensive digital marketing experience, especially in developing and optimizing global, multi-brand marketing websitesB2B SaaS experienceKnowledge of SEO best practices and implementationExperience aligning organic marketing with paid media to support a holistic acquisition strategyDeep understanding of website KPIs and performance metricsExperience producing website strategies that include visual and UX/UI designKnowledge of website optimization, site tagging, UX, and conversion rate optimizationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting to senior managementOrganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlinesProven ability to build relationships across the organizationManagement experienceFamiliarity with marketing tools and software such as Contentful, Figma, Optimizely, Google Analytics, JIRA, Google Optimize, Hubspot, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn Ads ManagerWhat s In It For You
