CompetitiveWe are looking for an experienced professional to join HSBC in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man (CIIOM) team as a Sales Quality Assurance Manager. The role involves overseeing consistency and continuous improvement within the Sales Quality Team and ensuring accurate outcomes from Sales Quality. The team maintains strong links with key internal stakeholders and works closely with Area Directors and Premier Wealth Managers within CIIOM.Responsibilities

Take ownership of Sales Quality Escalations / Appeals / Arbitration Process, and provide coaching to Sales Quality Managers.Review Sales Quality results to ensure standards are adhered to and carry out Retail and Wealth Products annual review and deviation governance.Provide Quality Assurance Calibration sessions to drive consistency in outcomes.Be responsible for Customer Scripts and annual reviews ensuring adherence to SQ Procedures.Ensure Training Competency and Accreditation adherence and provide monthly Quality Assurance updates into SQRC.Qualifications

Experience working in relevant environments, including the management of Wealth Risk processes and understanding of financial planning processes; customer-facing experience is an asset.Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in financial services; experience within these contexts.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with stakeholder networking ability and solid analytical skills for case reviews.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt style to the audience, plus influencing skills and confidence to challenge when appropriate.Relevant qualification such as CII / CISI Level 4 Diploma for Investments and Financial Advice is essential.Location
