ArchitectLocation: TunbridgeSalary: £40-47,000A design-led architectural practice is seeking a talented Architect to join its Tunbridge Wells studio. The successful candidate will be ARB and RIBA registered, with sufficient experience post Part 3 qualification. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, contributing to high-quality, design-driven schemes within a collaborative studio environment.Role and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage projects across all RIBA stages from concept to completionDevelop strong design concepts and see them through to deliveryCoordinate with consultants, contractors and wider project teamsPrepare and oversee drawing packages, presentations and technical documentationEnsure compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant legislationManage project programmes and meet key deadlinesSupport client communication, meetings and project negotiationsRequirementsQualified Architect (RIBA Part III, ARB and RIBA registered)Sufficient experience post-qualification Strong proficiency in CAD software used in practiceExperience running projects from inception through to completionGood understanding of contract types and project delivery methodsPrevious experience within a UK architectural practice preferredThorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations, British Standards and statutory requirementsStrong conceptual and design skills, with good freehand drawing abilityExcellent communication, presentation ..... full job details .....
