We are looking for a talented
Pastry Chef
to join the brigade of a prestigious
3 Rosette fine dining establishment
in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an award-winning Executive Chef, creating exceptional desserts and pastries that complement an innovative, seasonal menu.Key Responsibilities
Create and present a range of high-quality desserts, petit fours, breads and pastries.Maintain and exceed 3 Rosette quality standards.Develop seasonal dessert menus in collaboration with the senior team.Ensure precision in flavour, presentation and consistency.Manage ordering, stock control and kitchen hygiene within the pastry section.Train and mentor junior pastry team members.The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in a fine dining or multi-rosette pastry environment.Creative flair with meticulous attention to detail.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy section.Passion for using seasonal, quality ingredients.Positive, team-focused attitude.Whats on Offer
