Head of Management Reporting and Financial Planning and Analysis

The Vacancy

We''re looking for a strategic and commercially minded finance leader to join us as our Head of Management Reporting and FPandA (Financial Planning and Analysis). This is a pivotal role, supporting the CFO and Executive Leadership Team in delivering financial insight, robust planning, and strong governance.

You''ll lead our finance business partnering and management accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, driving performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. You''ll also oversee the development and submission of our long-term business plan to the Regulator of Social Housing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the production of high-quality management accounts and financial reports.Drive business partnering across departments to support financial performance.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.Deliver strategic financial modelling and scenario analysis.Ensure compliance with regulatory returns (FFR, RCGF).Provide leadership and development to a high-performing finance team.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote financial excellence.What We''re Looking For

ACA, ACCA, CIPFA or CIMA qualified accountant.Proven experience in management reporting, FPandA, and business partnering.Strong understanding of the social housing regulatory framework.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Commercially astute, with a proactive approach to risk and opportunity.Experience in leading and developing teams.Advanced Excel and financial systems skills.Why Join Us?
