Interim Team Manager Temporary Contract 3-6 Months ASAP Start London Field Based (4 Days per Week) £19.23 - £20.88 per hour I am currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Team Manager to join a well-established national charity on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a hands-on management role supporting a face-to-face fundraising team across multiple London locations. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time in the field, providing visible leadership, coaching and support to frontline staff who act as ambassadors for the charity. This role would suit an experienced people manager who enjoys leading customer-facing teams, developing individuals and ensuring high standards of professionalism and supporter engagement are maintained.
