All year round position to include seasonal and winter function trade. As Head Chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen to include all aspects of health, safety and hygiene. As Head Chef you will lead and inspire a team of cooks and kitchen staff, help plan and develop menus, manage inventory, and collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
