Are you already managing projects within the AV or Smart Home industry?

We''re looking for an experienced AV Project Manager to take ownership of high-end residential technology projects across London and the Home Counties.

This is a specialist AV position. Applicants must have previous experience working within the professional AV, residential smart home or home automation industry.

You''ll be joining an established technology integrator delivering sophisticated AV and automation systems into luxury residential properties.

The Role

As Residential AV Project Manager, you''ll manage multiple projects from initial planning and coordination through installation, commissioning and final handover.

You''ll work closely with clients, engineers, programmers, architects, interior designers and other trades to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential AV and smart home projects from design through to handover
• Coordinating AV engineers, programmers and commissioning teams
• Managing project programmes, budgets and resources
• Attending site meetings and liaising with clients and contractors
• Managing equipment, procurement and project requirements
• Monitoring progress and resolving issues throughout delivery
• Coordinating first-fix, second-fix, commissioning and client handover
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting
• Managing multiple live projects across London and the Home Counties

What We''re Looking For

You must already have experience within the AV, Smart Home or Home Automation industry.

Ideally, you''ll currently be working as an:

• AV Project Manager
• Residential AV Project Manager
• Smart Home Project Manager
• Home Automation Project Manager
• Technical Project Manager within an AV integrator
• Senior AV Engineer who has progressed into project delivery and management

You''ll understand how professionally installed AV and automation projects come together and be comfortable managing both the technical and commercial elements of a project.

Experience with some of the following would be beneficial:

Crestron | Lutron HomeWorks | KNX | Control4 | Ruckus | Cisco | Sonos | Kaleidescape | CCTV | Access Control

You''ll also need:

• Experience managing AV installation projects
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating engineers and subcontractors
• Good commercial awareness and budget management experience
• An understanding of project documentation, programmes and scheduling
• Experience taking projects through installation, commissioning and handover
• Full UK driving licence
