Customer Service AdvisorWe are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team, delivering a professional and supportive service to customers throughout the conveyancing process.You will handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email, aiming to resolve queries at first point of contact while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Working closely with internal teams, law firms, lenders and estate agents, you''ll provide updates, manage case records and support complaint resolution where required.The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
