Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Heavy Plant Operator to join our existing team on a night shift, 4 on 4 off schedule. The successful candidate will have proven experience operating 360 grab excavators and loading shovels, and be committed to safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Operate 360 grab excavators and loading shovels safely and efficiently. Perform daily machinery checks and routine maintenance. Load, move, and handle materials on site according to operational requirements. Follow all health and safety regulations and site procedures. Collaborate with the existing team to meet project targets and deadlines. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience operating 360 grab excavators and loading shovels. Strong understanding of site health and safety practices. Ability to work night shifts reliably and safely. Team player with good communication skills.
