We are seeking an experienced Freelance Commercial Manager to oversee a £15m CAT A commercial fit out project in Reading. This role is with a main contractor and offers an excellent rate with limited company working available.Responsibilities

Proven experience working as a standalone Commercial Lead on fit out projects.Previous CAT A fit out exposure is essential.Strong commercial management, cost control, and subcontractor management skills.This is a fantastic opportunity to take full commercial ownership of a major fit out project with a leading contractor.Interview slots available next week.
