Receptionist/Office Administrator Your new company A well-known organisation specialising in steel fabrication based in Liverpool are looking for a Receptionist to join the team, in order to provide excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in various office tasks.Your new role As the first face of the company, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner.Other duties will include: Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accuratelyPerform data entry tasks with precision and efficiencyMaintain office filing systems and keep records up to dateHandle incoming and outgoing post efficientlyUse computerised systems for various clerical dutiesManage emails and correspondence effectivelyAssist with the organisation of meetings and in-house eventsSupport staff with general administrative tasks such as diary managementWhat you''ll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative, secretarial or receptionist role as well as:Excellent phone etiquette and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise workload effectivelyA good understanding of the importance around confidentiality and GDPR will be an asset to this role.What you''ll get in return Monday to Friday 9-5.30 work week.
