Your new roleAs a Capital Works Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of large and complex capital school projects. You will ensure that schemes are planned, designed, procured and delivered effectively, achieving high-quality outcomes and value for money. You will work collaboratively with internal service areas including Education, Procurement, Planning and Transport, ensuring a coordinated approach to delivering the wider education capital programme. You''ll also provide professional guidance on all matters relating to the development of education accommodation. In this role, you will lead and manage multi-disciplinary internal and external teams - including project managers, surveyors, architects and engineers - ensuring all parties deliver an efficient and effective service.
