We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Instrumentation) for a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). In this role, you will join our Systems Engineering team to drive projects focused on improving the reliability and robustness of our medical device instrumentation, as well as managing the transfer of technology into production. Key Responsibilities Electromechanical Design and Testing: Design and test components such as sensors, actuators, and other electromechanical systems. Project Ownership: Own and independently manage technical projects, covering system design, reviews, and subsystem/system-level verification. Performance Optimization: Lead practical investigations, including Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), to incorporate modern analytics and enhance system performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering teams to integrate new electronics systems and refine manufacturing processes. Technology Viability: Perform detailed analyses to evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing systems.
