We''re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Lung and GI Oncology Therapy Lead (OTL) based in East of England covering Key Accounts that include East and North Herts NHS Trust, Mid and South Essex NHS Trust and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. In this customer-facing sales role, you''ll have the opportunity to drive customer belief, system readiness, and improve diagnosis and treatment rates through local and regional plans at a trust level.Responsibilities
Develop and execute clear customer and account strategies based on insightsSet customer behavioural and account objectives to drive meaningful changeIdentify and understand key customers and stakeholders in the healthcare environmentSeek collaborative opportunities within key accounts to enhance patient treatment optionsProvide accurate local intelligence and feedback to inform internal stakeholders and support strategic plansUnderstand clinical and treatment protocols to support patient identification, diagnosis, and treatmentLeverage the expertise of the cross-functional ONECOLOGY team for best practice sharingCoordinate internal functions to ensure access to our portfolio within key accountsWhat We\''re Looking For
