We are looking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a SEN LSA, you will:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties)

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons

• Help to create a safe and supportive learning environment

• Monitor and track student progress, adapting support as required

• Build positive, lasting relationships with pupils, staff, and families

We''re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or other relevant settings)

• Calm, patient, and proactive with a nurturing approach

• A great communicator who can build trust and rapport

• Passionate about helping every child achieve their full potential

• Eager to become part of a close-knit and supportive school community

Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential - training and mentoring can be provided for the right candidate.
