Responsibilites:Maintain efficient productionEnsure assets are properly maintained and technical capabilities are upheld.Comply with all regulatory and company standards.Equipment setup and operationSet up, operate, adjust, and perform minor preventive maintenance on production equipment.Keep equipment and the work floor clean, safe, and well-maintained.Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, servicing, and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.Maintain accurate maintenance logs for all machines or processes overseen.Quality assuranceEnsure products are produced exactly as intended and free of defects.Monitor and check product quality, identifying deviations from standards and taking corrective action.Maintain accurate documentation to demonstrate compliance with internal and external quality systems and regulations.Testing and troubleshootingRun tests on assemblies and equipment to verify safety, productivity, and readiness for production.Identify problems during testing, propose solutions, and troubleshoot using technical knowledge.Escalate issues to senior staff when necessary.Process monitoringMonitor and control processes using visual checks, process data, and online testing.Set ..... full job details .....
