Aon as a Reward Advisory graduate to understand the people, jobs and rewards their businesses need to succeed. We partner with clients from large global organisations to smaller emerging companies.
Your role
We have opportunities in two teams within the Reward Advisory Graduate Programme: Executive Compensation and Data Solutions. Review information below on each team and select your first-choice preferred team if successful. If your first choice is unavailable, we will consider you for the other team.Executive Compensation
– focuses on how senior leaders are paid and incentivised. Designing competitive pay structures (base salary, bonuses, long-term incentives and benefits) that align with company strategy, performance and governance standards. Working in Exec Comp involves influencing leadership to drive business success while balancing market trends, shareholder expectations, and regulatory requirements.Data Solutions
– works with clients to make informed strategic decisions using insights from pay benchmarking data. Supports clients to interpret and apply this information to shape compensation strategies and identifying opportunities for consulting projects, especially in the Technology sector.For graduates, joining our team means developing valuable skills, hands-on experience and contributing to projects with real client impact.
Your development
As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our Launch Programme. Core elements include:Business learning: on-the-job experiences to develop knowledge of your team and solution line.Centralised learning: UK graduates undertake an induction, monthly webinars, business skills training and workshops to develop knowledge of Aon, confidence and networks.Whichever area you work in, you’ll gain experience with diverse companies across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Your learning will be fast-paced and hands-on, developing technical knowledge, client management skills and early client relationships. Graduates are encouraged to take ownership of their careers and client base. The landscape requires agility; our consultants have varied and exciting roles.
Your career beyond the Graduate programme
After completing the programme, you’ll continue to receive support, ongoing training and regular performance feedback, working with your line manager towards promotions.

Locations
Graduate opportunities in London. The first 6 months are based in the office to support learning and progression. After this period, you may work more flexibly with at least 3–4 days per week in the office or with clients.
