About the companyI am currently recruiting on behalf of a renewable energy specialist, based in Banbury, who are seeking an Interim Quality Manager to join their team Job DescriptionAs Interim Quality Manager, your main responsibilities are:Lead and develop a small team of Quality Engineers, through the full product development lifecycle.Manage and execute Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes ensuring timely delivery.Act as the central Point of Contact (PoC) for all quality activities within the development programme.Collaborate cross-functionally, to ensure quality requirements are embedded and met.Drive design for quality principles into the product development process, to mitigate risk.Support DFMEA and PFMEA activities, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Qualifications / Skills neededBachelors'' Degree, in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.Proven experience in a quality leadership role, within a product development environment.Strong knowledge and application of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and Control Plans.Experience delivering products, from concept to SOP and beyond.Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, without direct authority.
