Application Support Lead - Leeds (Hybrid 1-2 Days a Week) - Circa £70,000An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Application Support Lead to join one of the UK''s largest and most innovative technology companies. This is a key leadership role where you''ll head up a squad, provide day-to-day coaching, and oversee the professional growth of your team. You''ll work closely with team members through regular 1:1s, collaborative development plans, and continuous performance feedback.You''ll work across a modern tech stack, playing a critical role in supporting best-in-class applications for one of the UK''s leading tech firmsKey Skills andamp; Responsibilities:Respond to and help resolve incidents affecting production environments.Contribute to incident triage, lead or participate in post-incident reviews, and document outcomes and lessons learned.Monitor systems proactively to detect and address potential issues before they impact production.Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions using the internal ticketing system.Develop and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for managing recurring problems.Provide guidance and share knowledge to support the development of team members.Be part of the team''s on-call support rotation for critical systems.Proven experience supporting and maintaining large-scale, distributed applications and services.Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues using logs, metrics, and ..... full job details .....
