Temporary Receptionist - Chiswick

We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to provide reception cover at a busy corporate site in Chiswick.

Location: Chiswick Lane South

Dates: Monday 10th August - Thursday 13th August- Also 1 day next week handover

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm

• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Greeting and welcoming visitors
• Contacting hosts throughout the site to announce visitor arrivals
• Issuing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) where required
• Signing in deliveries and maintaining reception records
• Providing a professional and helpful front-of-house service

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A professional and approachable manner
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and use their initiative

Please note: We are working to a tight timescale and would ideally like the successful candidate to attend a paid shadowing day next week before covering the role from 10th-13th August.
