An experienced Maintenance Supervisor is required to oversee engineers and specialist contractors across a portfolio of commercial properties in London. This is a hands-on role combining technical maintenance with day-to-day supervision and contractor management.

The portfolio is expanding, with more than 20 buildings being onboarded over the next 12 months, creating an opportunity to support a growing maintenance operation.

The Role
 
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you''ll:

• Supervise and provide technical support to maintenance engineers and specialist contractors.
• Complete planned maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and reactive repairs.
• Diagnose technical faults with a strong focus on effective first-time fixes.
• Manage contractors, site inspections and maintenance-related works.
• Support preventative maintenance and compliance across the property portfolio.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About You
 
To be successful as the Maintenance Supervisor, you''ll have:

• Proven commercial maintenance and engineering experience.
• Strong technical, diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities.
• Previous experience supervising maintenance engineers or specialist contractors.
• The confidence to remain hands-on while supporting the wider engineering team.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client-facing skills.
• A proactive approach to health and safety, compliance and preventative maintenance.
• The ability to work confidently and independently.
• The right to work in the UK.
