What You Will Do:- Lead your team during breakdowns, applying your skills and experience to resolve issues efficiently.- Carry out preventative maintenance and take corrective action to ensure machinery operates at its best.- Respond quickly to breakdowns across multiple factory areas, identifying root causes and suggesting improvements.- Communicate effectively with the Engineering Shift Manager and operations team to minimise disruptions.- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety while following good engineering practices.- Use the CMMS system for spare parts management and job logging to ensure smooth operations.
