Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (Main Contractor)Location: Brentwood or Liverpool StreetSalary: £60,000 - £80,000 + Perks + ProgressionA growing regional main contractor, established over 25 years, is seeking a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with experience in pricing and estimating to support office fit-out and data centre projects.Key Responsibilities:Full commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final accountPreparation of cost estimates and pricing of works packagesProcurement and management of subcontractorsPreparation and issue of subcontract documentationCost planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecastingVariations management and change controlInterim valuations, applications, and final accountsCommercial reporting and CVR submissions to senior managementRisk assessment and value engineering inputExperience and Skills:Main contracting experience essential; fit-out experience advantageousStrong understanding of pricing works, estimating, and cost controlProactive, commercially aware, and able to manage multiple projectsFlexible working from Brentwood or Liverpool Street office, with clear progression opportunities within a supportive, growing regional contractor. ..... full job details .....
