Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our flagship catering operation at a prestigious client site near Heathrow Airport. This multifaceted location includes a vibrant restaurant, two barista-led cafés, as well as an events and hospitality service. You’ll oversee a team of 20+ delivering excellence Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00. Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.What Will Keep You Busy

Lead the catering operation to meet and exceed financial targetsInspire and manage the performance of your team, conducting regular appraisals and identifying development opportunitiesHold frequent team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates from the company and clientEnsure financial systems are accurate and efficientCollaborate with the Operations Manager on budget preparation and performanceContinuously develop and enhance the catering and hospitality offering in line with client needs and expectationsQualifications

A passion for leading and developing high-performing teamsStrong commercial acumen with a proven ability to maximise revenueExcellent communication, delegation, and influencing skillsOrganised and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive under pressureConfident in managing a complex, fast-paced operationA natural leader who delivers exceptional customer experiences and sets high standardsFinancially astute with experience in budget creation, forecasting, and performance analysisEligible to obtain an airside ID, requiring (5-year referencing, DBS check, and GSAT, training will be provided)Benefits
