Strategy Senior Associate - Cloud Strategy

Overview
As a Strategy Associate in the Transformation Office, you will be focused on solving complex problems, framing strategy decisions and unblocking execution issues critical to achieving the key strategic technology priorities of the firm.Responsibilities
Design and drive solutions to accelerate decision making, scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, and quantify potential bottom-line financial impactDevelop work plans to test/ evaluate strategies and insights and deliver the goals of the Transformation OfficeCollaborate with key client stakeholders in Global Technology and the Lines of Business (LoBs) to drive delivery and achieve organizational alignment and buy-inLead and support interviews, working sessions, and presentations, driving towards business outcomesBuild frameworks, content, hypothesis sets, analyses, and roadmaps for solutionsPrioritize and manage your day to day work together with your manager and according to business needsIdentify potential roadblocks/ obstacles and escalate issues as neededIdentify implications and "so whats" of outputs, data and analysis within the teamContribute to development of concise communication materials for senior managementQualifications
Consulting experience with a top-tier strategy/ management consulting firm, an internal consulting/ corporate strategy team, or a top-tier technology strategy firm in a client facing roleStrong communication skills (both oral and written) as well as strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues as peers and achieve goals without direct control over resourcesKnowledge and fluency in enterprise IT management concepts including organization, budgeting, talent, and risk management. Technical knowledge in cloud or IT infrastructure is helpful, but not requiredProven entrepreneurial drive to identify opportunities for impact and influence others to take actionProven ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical and qualitative tools to develop solutionsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Financial services background and/ or Cloud experience is preferred, but not mandatorySignificant experience with PowerPoint for executive-level documents and Excel based models for analysis.
