Join our dedicated Essex Community Rehabilitation service as a Counsellor.We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Counsellor to deliver a range of psychosocial and psychoeducational programmes, including The Brink of Change and Prep for SHARP , alongside 1:1 therapeutic support. Youll be based across multiple community partner hubs in Essex, supporting clients on their recovery journey.Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshopsManage a caseload and contribute to treatment planningSupport clients with safeguarding, onward referrals, and aftercare planningKnowledge of substance misuse and recovery supportCommitment to professional developmentRecognised counselling qualification (Level 4 or above)- EssentialAccreditation with a recognised counselling body- DesirableYoull play a vital role in transforming lives while gaining ongoing clinical supervision and development opportunities.We are The Forward Trust, the social enterprise with charitable status that empowers people to break the often interlinked cycles of crime and addiction to move forward with their lives.
