Finishing Technician (Plating and Lacquer) Location: Birmingham Salary: £23,500 per annum Hours: Monday Thursday: 7:00am 3:30pm Friday: 7:00am 12pm 37 hours per week (30-minute lunch break) We are currently seeking a Finishing Technician for the plating and lacquer processes. This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day production, new product development, and continuous improvement within the finishing department. The Role As a Finishing Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance across all finishing operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain, and optimise finishing plant and chemical processes Ensure quality standards are met while maintaining compliance with HSE and environmental regulations. Support new product introduction. Support production teams in agreed finishing methods.
