This isa rare opportunity for an accomplished finance leader to join a complexorganisation with operations across the UK and internationally, takingownership of financial accounting, statutory reporting, treasury management andfinancial governance. Reporting directly to the CFO, thissenior leadership position offers the opportunity to influence strategicdecision-making, work closely with executive stakeholders and lead ahigh-performing finance function.Your new role AsHead of Financial Accounting, you will lead the financial accounting andtransaction processing teams, ensuring the integrity, accuracy and complianceof the organisation''s financial records across multiple entities. You will haveresponsibility for the preparation of annual statutory financial statements,regulatory submissions, treasury management activities and technical accountingmatters, while providing financial leadership across the wider organisation.Keyresponsibilities will include managing the annual external audit process,overseeing submissions to regulatory bodies including OSCR and Companies House,ensuring compliance with VAT and other tax regulations, maintaining robustfinancial controls and driving continuous improvement across finance systemsand processes.
