5-7 years of proven ability to develop and close

new

agency and advertiser accounts in the advertising/media/related vendor space.Significant expertise in advertising technology - social (Facebook, YouTube) and programmatic markets (DSP / OTT/CTV, Data / DMP / CDP utilization).Strong communication and relationship skills to win and grow business from established accounts.Lead and manage a regional sales team.Broad understanding of the full scope of advertising and marketing communications (brand-driven, response-driven, promotion-driven, etc.).Knowledge of the structure and priorities of key industry segments (advertisers, agencies, planning, digital and traditional buying, creative, etc.).Demonstrated ability to execute a solution sales approach.Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business.Effective interface with internal management and C-level executives.Experience developing budgets and managing revenue KPIs.Compensation is commensurate with experience.Benefits include unlimited PTO, 401K with matching, stipend reimbursements (mobile phone, gym, pet insurance), and a vibrant company culture.Clinch has been certified as a “Greatest Place to Work” for 2021-2025!Submit your information, and a Clinch team member will be in touch shortly!Drop us a lineInformation collected through this form is subject to our
